Small Group Pilates Training

SGPT (small group Pilates training) 6 week’s course. Having completed a 6 week’s course it is envisaged clients will have the skills to progress to one of our mixed ability cases although they can continue with SGPT if they prefer. Excellent for improving posture, core strength, flexibility and balance. Particularly beneficial in alleviating common conditions such as back ache and joint pain. These very small group classes are excellent for clients who want individual tuition and a programme customised to meet individual needs. Planned and delivered by chartered physiotherapists/experienced exercise practitioners.
